What is a Forum?

ConferenceRoom2.jpgAn EWF International Forum is a peer advisory group comprised of up to 12 women in non-competing businesses. Each member brings their own experiences, skills and strengths to the group, and the other members learn and grow from it.

These are real-life challenges, not theoretical business presentations, and the feedback and insight members gain from diving into these challenges provides sound business advice for female professionals. Members find the Forum so valuable that more than 80 percent of them renew for the next year.

How does it work?

Each Forum meets once a month for a half day of structured, candid and confidential discussion of their most important business issues. Strict confidentiality ensures that every member can be completely honest and open, knowing that what is said in the meeting stays in the meeting. In addition, each Forum is organized and led by a professional facilitator who understands the role of business owner, CEO or executive.

Each Forum also takes an annual educational retreat - the perfect balance of "head and heart." These annual trips allow members the opportunity to get away while having fun and cultivating loyalty and closeness among the group.
