Darcie is a business consultant, mentor, coach, champion, and advocate for female business owners and executives. As CEO and founder of EWF International, Darcie has helped hundreds of women realize their professional dreams. Under Darcie’s leadership, EWF International has grown to four locations and provides resources to countless women online.

An accomplished speaker, consultant, facilitator and trainer, Darcie finds the fulfillment of her own dreams by encouraging women to think big, pursue their passions and achieve their personal best. In particular, she enjoys teaching leadership skills to woman at all stages in their careers, giving them the encouragement, confidence, and inspiration to grow.

Prior to launching EWF International, Darcie managed a 24 hour a day crisis helpline with a staff of five and 250 volunteers. Under her leadership these volunteers faced the darkest days in Oklahoma history on April 19, 1995.  Darcie managed the agency crisis response to community needs following the bombing of the Murrah Federal Building providing support and counseling to thousands of Oklahomans devastated by the tragedy.

Her previous roles in sales, marketing and management, combined with her love of learning, give Darcie a breadth of experience in entrepreneurship, strategic planning, project management, organizational structure and people-centered management.

Darcie serves on the Advisory Council for Harwood International, the Academic Program Advisory Committee for Oklahoma State University--Oklahoma City, on the Leadership Team for the Institute for the Economic Empowerment of Women and as a volunteer for Peace Through Business, a program devoted to teaching business skills and providing mentors to women in developing countries. In addition to classroom teaching, speaking on leadership, and finding classroom instructors and mentors for Peace Through Business students, in May of 2009, Darcie travelled with the Peace Through Business staff to Kigali, Rwanda, to meet with the 2009 candidates, graduates and alumni.

Darcie is a respected media resource on women’s leadership and entrepreneurship and a regular editorial columnist for The Journal Record newspaper, the Executive Women’s Journal (published by EWF International) and is widely published on the internet. She is certified in Conceptual Foundations of Organizational Lifecycles through the Adizes Graduate School for Organizational Transformation and serves on the Advisory Board for Harwood International.

In 2010 Darcie was named Oklahoma Women in Business Champion by the Small Business Administration.  Her achievements have been recognized by The Oklahoman, who selected her as one of five finalists for Woman of the Year, by the Edmond, OK Chamber of Commerce who selected her as one of three finalists for Woman of the Year and by WE Magazine when she was named as one of 15 finalists in the We Magazine for Women cover story competition.

Her passion for creating a sense of community makes her work a labor of love. She describes her work with women as the most rewarding of her career.

Annette White-Klososky is a licensee of EWF International leading peer advisory groups for executive women and serves Executive Development Associates  in a partner role as a senior leadership development consultant and operational executive.  Klososky has an unique blend of entreprenuerism and leadership & organizational development expertise. She has 20 years of experience working to influence change & results within organizations today.

As a consultant, she has expertise in all facets of leadership development and executive coaching and focuses on aligning the strategic direction of the organization to the strategic development of its people. She has an ability diagnos the issues within an organization, align the people and processes  and help initiate the results needed to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. She is known for helping organizations cut through the issues and learn to communicate effectivity within teams. She has an ability to give direct and enlightening feedback to her clients that focuses on strengths of the leader and results for the organization.

Klososky was the first licensee for EWF International® and in less than 12 months built a solid, successful peer advisory business with its members representing companies with over 40,000 employees and $23 billion in total annual revenues.  Her franchise was featured in Entrepreneaur Magazine. She currently facilitates two executive forum groups and leads annual leadership retreats to various destinations across the US.

Female Entrepreneurs & Executives, Tulsa, Okla.

Through her work as an EWF International facilitator, Lynn Flinn empowers clients to move their businesses forward with intention and passion. She shows the forum and workshop participants how focus, planning and interactive learning can remove barriers to achieve maximum results.

Prior to opening EWFI, Lynn began her career at Ernst &Young in Tulsa. For eight years, she was a controller in the banking and publishing industries. Most recently, Lynn was Regional Vice President and VP of Operations in the staffing industry. Lynn is currently a partner in The Rowland Group of Staffing Companies. Through her work experiences, Lynn has learned first-hand the complexities of managing a staff and budget in fast-paced industries.

In 2004, Lynn founded the Tulsa chapter of the Oklahoma Business Ethics' Consortium which has almost 600 members statewide. The mission is to promote Oklahoma as a state that values ethics in business.

Viviana Burgess loves the process of improvement. 

As a business coach and Forum facilitator for EWF International, she helps women business owners create and achieve ambitious business growth plans.   She lives out her passion for helping young women grow and achieve their dreams as the Program Director for SHE Aspires, EWF’s teen girl leadership program. 

Originally from Slovakia, Viviana started traveling the world competing when she was just twelve years old.  She showed great courage when she accepted a tennis scholarship from the University of Oklahoma, moving 5,500 miles from home at the age of 18.  She competed on the professional tennis circuit and taught tennis to students of all ages. 

Following her tennis career, Viviana entered the banking industry.  Working with business owners across a broad variety of industries, she understands how to help business owners make sound decisions and succeed.  At  JP Morgan Chase, one of her specialties was delivering financial presentations to the employees of banking customers.   As an Assistant Vice President for Coppermark Bank, she was responsible for creating and growing a new business banking department and for business banking training for all bankers and branch managers.  The Oklahoma Bankers’ Association chose Viviana for their Leadership and Management Development Program in 2009.  She is a graduate of Coppermark Banker Development Program class of 2010-2011. 

An excellent communicator, Viviana’s life experience, training and travels have given her the ability to relate to people with diverse backgrounds.    She is fluent in English, Slovak and German.  Viviana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and has a minor in Business Administration.   In her free time, she enjoys running, yoga and travel.
